Over the past week I haven’t played anything, really. And, given that my holiday is drawing to a close, I’m actually just fine with that. As soon as I’m back at my system, I’ve no doubt I will be gaming up a storm.
The picture above was taken at one of my favorite places. As I neared that chalk drawing on the trail, I was wary; why is there a chalk outline here? When I got closer, I saw what it said, and I liked that someone else was out here in a very special place asking: Where is the love?
Even better I liked the answer: HERE.
I mean, sure it looks like the chalk outline wet his pants, but let’s just shine that one on for now.
I’d love to have all kinds of progress to report, game-wise; instead I’ve been running around and trying to see people, places, and things.
Progress will come. Quite soon, I expect.
So, with that, I will call this one here.
This week I’m hoping to get back to my game challenge and knock out some more titles: Nex Machina, Superhot, Murdered: Soul Suspect, and so many others. I’ve got the physical edition of Dead Cells coming on the 21st and I’m sure I will start that once I get my hands on it. I’ve not heard buzz like this about a game in some time.
With that I ask: what are you hoping to play this week?
I hope, this time next week, I have a crap ton to report. Here’s hoping!
Please stay safe out there friends. Cheers.

Continuing w/ The Mooseman; always a bit more D2.

I hope you enjoy Mooseman and I’m pretty sure I will be playing in space with you. That stupid Solstice armor won’t upgrade itself.

Trips require recuperation. May your gaming get underway soon! I didn’t have enough time to reach the level cap in the COD: BOPS 4 beta but I had a great time playing. With the beta done, I’m switching multiplayer games to Overwatch (and while a 22 GB update downloads to PUBG). But I really want to finish The Order: 1886 this week. I’m enjoying its intricate world but I just don’t understand what’s going on.

You’re not kidding. And I am ready to get gaming again!
I’m so glad you had a good time with the beta! And I hear you on The Order. I’m glad I played it, but it felt overly wrought and I felt like they took the most exciting parts and made them QTEs.

I hope that you enjoyed your vacation and have plenty of fun gaming experiences! I should be continuing Yakuza 6 but lately I’ve been playing Gears of War 4 multiplayer with my brother. I’m not that good at it but that seems to be what I’ve wanted to do with my gaming time.
I should get back to it soon though because Sega has a lot of really exciting releases coming up. With Shenmue 1&2 Remastered, Yakuza Kiwami 2 and Valkyria Chronicles 4 releasing in the next few weeks it’s a great time.

I’m looking forward to getting back on the trail of my game challenge, so there are plenty of games on the docket.
I kind of love that you are still playing it even though you aren’t good at it. That’s gaming love right there! I’ve definitely done that before.
Oh man, that’s true! Sega has been nailing it lately.

Last week, I finished Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories. It is definitely the outlier of the series, the card battle system was a lot more obstructive than it was innovative. I’ve started on Mario Kart 7 this week, and maybe I’ll begin playing Crossing Souls soon because I’m a sucker for 80s nostalgia.

Hell yeah, nice job! And I like the games you have up next! I keep wanting to play Crossing Souls, myself.
