I’m not nearly as cute as Kirby, but I relate to his sad face there (this adorable art is by SenshinoSarah); I am feeling physically unwell. Blorf.

Because of the nebulous sick of the past couple days, I didn’t play a single thing all weekend (other than unexpectedly diving back in to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp here and there). Boo. I’m vaguely recalling my (now hilarious) goal of completing 100 games this year and I’d say that’s all but off the table barring some sort of time management miracle. I’m still going to hang on to that goal, I just don’t know how I’d be able to accomplish it at this point.

So, I’m going to call this one here and try to get some more rest. I can’t seem to stay awake anyway unless it’s the middle of the night so I’ll take the rest where I can get it.

This week I’m hoping to play (and finish) Metro Exodus, then move along to Far Cry New Dawn. Once I’ve played those two, if Wandersong still hasn’t been discounted, I’ll bite the bullet and buy it anyway. And really, I should be supporting indie devs when and where I can since I love so many of the experiences they create.

With that I ask: what will you be playing this week? What’s the next big release you’re excited for?

For me: I’m looking forward to The Division 2.
