Here we are: another Black Friday. Just thinking about it makes me want to take a big fat nap.

I have conflicted feelings about Black Friday. Despite that, I do hope if you had your eye on a good deal, that you got what you wanted.

I’ve received heaps of emails today about sales from every company I’ve patronized over the past 12 months. It’s bordering on laughable.

But I’m always glad for people who get what they want, and for a good price, no less.

So, in an effort to keep this one short (so I can go make my camp bigger and better in Fallout 76), I ask: are you taking advantage of the Black Friday sales going on? If so, what did you get?

I may take advantage of the hefty discount on PlayStation Plus (it’s marked down from $60 to $40), but otherwise, I’m steering clear of the sales. I’m not going to lie: we’ve been needing to replace our couch (it’s literally falling apart), and I saw the exact one I’ve been cruising at Ikea for 20% off, but that’s a huge expense and likely not going to happen. Oh well. It was a fun idea to entertain for five minutes.

This weekend I will be exploring more of the bug-laden wasteland of Fallout 76. I want to get to something new, but I have no idea if that will happen. I’m going to try to stop worrying about what I’m playing, and start focusing on enjoying the fact that I’m playing, period.
