Okay, deep breath here, I just wanted to say how much I love games and gaming and how it brings so many of us together. That’s remarkable and wonderful. I’m so grateful.
Tonight, I will be at my favorite arcade: Ground Kontrol!! There will be games and mirth and beverages and snacks and quarters and silliness and neon and wonder.
I’m looking forward to it.
This weekend I hope to get to some Super Mario Odyssey among all the holiday activities.

HAPPY KWANZAA/ HANUKKAH / CHRISTMAS / RANDOM MONDAY
I probably won’t be playing much this weekend, since family is coming in to visit. I’ve actually been in a bit of a gaming slump – I have a lot of great games to play, but I can never decide which to go with. I haven’t played a game in probably a week, at least. When I get back to it, it’ll probably be with either AC Origins, Resident Evil 7, or Borderlands 2, with a friend. :-)

I just grabbed the digital copy of Suikoden IV for the PS3, so that’s where I’ll probably end up this weekend. Merry whatever you choose to celebrate!

Nice! Heading back to the somewhat recent past! It’s funny you say that, because I was just telling my partner this week that I’d like to go back to a bunch of last gen games I missed. It’s one of my goals for 2018.

By the way, we plan on doing another one of our American tours this summer, and this one includes Portland and Seattle!

I hope everyone has a great holiday or just a relaxing day off! I’m hoping to finish The Fractured But Whole before year’s end, but it might not happen before I put together my games of the year. It might be relegated to an honorable mention.
In the theme of the 80’s vibe the pictures give me, I hope that during the holidays and every day we all “Be excellent to each other!” :)

Video games are rad! Every gift giving holiday my wish list is simple – video games, books, comics and t-shirts/hoodies. I’m a simple person. Now I need to try out the Destiny 2 DLC and weigh my winter video gale sales options. I’m leaning towards Observer but also considering Injustice 2 (that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle DLC has me wanting to play). Not so secretly I want to customize my own Xbox One controller but I need to save money. Let’s go free time to play video games!
