Well friends, it’s a bit of a big day for me. Just moments ago, I posted my 50th piece on this site since I created it back in August of this year. Since its inception, I have posted every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday without fail.

Many times along the way I would think: “I’m not a writer!” However, I’m writing, so it has forced me to question what I classify as a writer. Am I a writer? I suppose, to a degree, I am.

Weird.

Years ago I read one of those faux inspirational posters and it said: “BLOG. Never have so many said so much to so few.”

I used to laugh heartily at that, as I found it an apt description. Since I began this site, I’ve also happily been proven wrong in those amusements.

Since August, I have had 3,436 views. That’s a little over a thousand views per month! For someone with this teeny tiny site, I can’t begin to express how grateful I am that anyone would even read my work. I’m thankful to each and every person who takes their time to come here and read these words.

I do need to take a moment to thank two specific people.

Colton. You are easily the most avid reader of all things I write. Your support, input, and friendship are invaluable to me. I will always remember the day I was posting my piece later than usual and you asked “Are you posting something today?” It was the best. Thank you.

My other thanks go to my partner, T. You are absolutely the most supportive and amazing person. Ever. Thank you for always believing in me, even when I’m not so sure.

And, to each person reading this, thank you. I write because I am passionate about games (etc.), and I love that you have come along for the ride. The world wouldn’t be the same without you. The journey is all the more colorful for your presence.
